The George Forman Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine is convenient and cooks fast.  I like the fact that it cooks both sides at once and the hinges raise to accommodate all thickness of meat or fish.  The drip pan catches juices and/or fat which you could use to make gravies or sauces with.  The removable plates are dishwasher safe and come out nice and clean.  The size of the grill accommodates four hamburgers, or three medium steaks or chops at once.  The grill heats up quite quickly and your meal is ready in no time at all.
