    cook meat well, Diswasher Safe Plates, makes great waffles, easy to use, doesn't heat up the kitchen, fast, GREAT, easy clean, makes a meal quickly

The George Forman Grill is a very good grill for me to use for my family and I.  I have started to eat more healthy and I have lost 80lbs.  That is with the help of this grill.  I cook everything on this grill.  And the clean up is the best.  You can either wipe clean or put the "removable" trays in the dishwasher and forget about it.  I LOVE it!!
