Got a new GPS but don't know what else it can do? Try Geocaching. What is Goecaching you ask? Geocaching is an entertaining adventure game for gps users. Participating in a cache hunt is a good way to take advantage of the wonderful features and capability of a gps unit. The basic idea is to have individuals and organizations set up caches all over the world and share the locations of these caches on the internet. GPS users can then use the location coordinates to find the caches. Once found, a cache may provide the visitor with a wide variety of rewards. All the visitor is asked to do is if they get something they should try to leave something for the cache.

In my case, my wife thought I spent too much time "playing" on my computer. She wanted a way to get me out to excersize and get some fresh air. SHe got me a GPS when I found this site. Most of the options are free to use. They will give you the coordinates of the cache and other details. I have found caches everywhere I go and have found some beautiful and interesting places in my searches. Give it a shot. You never know what you will find.

I am SO glad you wrote this review! I have been wanting to start geocaching for a few months now and am anxious to get started. I still need a GPS and all of that but I have my first cache picked out from the site you posted. I just hope I don't mess it up. Hoping Santa brings me the GPS I asked for :)
