I have extremely dry eyer.  I have used about every drop and ointment on the market today.  I discovered Gentile Gel Severe Dry Eye Gel.  This is the best product for extended relief.  One application in each eye nightly has relieves the need for moisture drops through out the day.  Gentile Gel does not have the petroleum base many products have so that cloudy greasy film does not exist.  Gentile Gel melts and is absorbed into the eye for a hydrated feeling.  At a cost of approximately $9 per tube this product lasts quite a while and is well worth the money.  It has certainly improved my dry eye dilemmas.
