I purchased this conditioner called Generic Value as it's comparable to Nexxus Humectress in quality. When I first started using it, I didn't see a difference in my hair. I was really disappointed for the first two to three days. Then, after about five days, my hair became softer, and the frizzy began to get tamed. It took about one week to notice a very vast improvement in my hair, but it was definitely a dramatic improvement. My hair is very course and fried from different styling products, which seemed to disappear after using this conditioner for a while. I would highly recommend it if you're tired of paying the expensive price for Nexxus conditioner. Generic Value is just as good as Nexxus, but is a better value. Effectiveness I would recommend this conditioner for course, destroyed, color-treated and even curly and frizzy hair. It takes almost a week to see the healing effects of this conditioner, but it's really worth the wait. I've used conditioners that soften hair immediately, but the hair becomes frizzy and fried within a day. That doesn't happen with this conditioner because it heals and nourishes the hair. It's not just a quick fix, it's healing effects work as long as it's used every day. Scent This smells just like strawberries. The scent also seems to last all day long.
