The Generic Value Tea Tree Oil Shampoo has become my go-to shampoo. I discovered it by accident when I was visiting my parents for a few days and had forgotten to pack my regular shampoo. My mom is a cosmetologist and she had this on hand, so I gave it a try. Wow! I love the super-fresh scent of the tea tree oil. Its minty freshness really perked me up while I was showering. And it gives a good, clean feel to my hair...squeaky clean even! My scalp was tingling as I massaged the shampoo around my head. The tea tree oil shampoo gives a good lather, too. I asked my mom how she had discovered this treat and she said my dad's doctor has recommended it to them. Apparently the band of my dad's CPAP machine rubs and cuts into his head during his sleep, so he always had an irritated spot on the back of his head that itched and bothered him. When my parents told the doctor about this, he recommended the tea tree oil. My mom went to her local beauty supply shop to check out their selections and she decided to give the Generic Value brand a try. They have had great success and my dad's sore spot is no more! I now keep the tea tree oil shampoo on hand for daily use. Both my husband and I, as well as our daughters, enjoy the clean scent, so I'd say this one's a winner for the whole family.

A must have for daily use and for the price you can't go wrong and the whole Family can use it to get a deep down clean. I would even go as far to say that this product is just as good and safe as let's say "Paul Mitchell" Tea Tree Shampoo. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for 31 years and swear by Paul Mitchell but I'm here to tell you that this is worth trying why do I say that because I have and still do use it on the regular for at home clients. Effectiveness Deep cleaning and get the hair just as clean as the expensive Salon Brands. I would recommend this product to anyone who is on a budget and looking for a value Scent Again smell just as nice as anything you would buy in a Salon and lets you know that your hair is thoroughly clean. The mintyness of the product let's you know it's doing it's job and to let it sit for about three minutes and thoroughly rinse it twice you'll never experience anything like it. So I again as a PROFESSIONAL recommend this to the rich and those on a "SUPER BUDGET" you can't go wrong. Thanks for letting me share

I love this shampoo. First of all, I love that it is organic and doesn't have a million weird named ingredients. Second, I love how it makes my hair feel. Finally I love the smell. Also, it is very affordable and I don't feel like I need to use a lot to get my hair clean.

I have 2 dog one is a very old whie Jack Rusell Who get dirty alot and has dry irriitated skin and the other is a 2 year old Chiuaua who like to run with the other animals and get exteremly dirty, and they both have moderate to heavy flea issue. Well a lady I work with keep telling me how good it was on her dogs, and how it helped there coat shine and helped with fleas. I was think how she must be doing something else along with the shampoo well I ran out of there and went to get this to try it I really didn't think it would work, but i got it yesterday and used it today. I love it there coats are shinny and I have noticed alot fewer fleas already. It washed off alot in the bath alone off of them. I really love it after the 1st wash!!! The smell is some what strong and minty but It really works I love it they love it the Jack Russell white fur was dingy color and the other shampoo wouldn't take it out now his fur is the whitest I have ever seen it!! It is really good I LOVE IT !! If you can look past the smell I think you will love it also.

Years ago while having a bout with dry scalp, I tried Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Oil Shampoo and Conditioner, an it was great.  But that as when I was single.  I'm now a mom of three, and a wife, and just don't have the money to throw around.  Generic Value produces an exact replica of this shampoo and conditioner that is amazing.  I buy it in bulk the moment I fear I'm running out.  I suffer from extreme Psoriasis all over my scalp, and it quickly and completely clears out all of the buildup and gunk, and replaces all of that with clean, soft hair. Usually, when someone is plagued by a skin disease or infection on their scalp, they resort to heavily medicated shampoos that smell worse than the disappointment of the five minutes that the shampoo actually helps them.  Generic Value has a very light smell of clean tea tree. It's really a pleasant smell.  I use it on my daughter from time to time a well, as she has inherited my wonderful condition, but have been told by our Pedatrician not to use it regularly on her because it interferes with her growth.  (Ask your pediatrician first, I don't remember all the details, but it was enough for me.)  Bottom line, a wonderful product at a great price!
