I have been using this product for four years with no problems. It has stopped my acid reflex and I only have occasional flare-ups if I am really stressed out or drink too much coffee. Since it is generic the price is reasonable and it is easy to find and keep handy. I recommend every day use, not just when you have an attack as it's meant to take a few days to take affect. I certainly recommend using this over spending hundreds for the new Nexium which does not help me any more than this.
