Lorta-D is the best sinus and allergy medication that I have ever taken. I suffer form sinusness really bad.The pressure from my sinus congestion is unbearable. I have tried everything from other over the counter medicatins to prescription drugs and nothing I have  ever taken has helped until the pharmist recomended lora-d. The pills are a little large but they work so it is worth the trouble of  taking a large pill. Lotra-drelives all allergy and sinus problems that i have. Stuffy nose, runny nose, sinus congestion, itchy watery eyes   it relives it all. When the makers of Lotra-D says that their product provides 24 hour relife they mean 24 hour relife. If you take one of these pills at 8 am you want need anotherone all day long. The last time I had an allergy attack I took a lorta-d pill that night befor i went to sleep and was cured in the moring. So because someone r ecommened a wounderful product to me I would like to recommend it to you!!

Half of the people I know have allergy problems. My husband and i also have some problems (his bigger then mine). So we need to have allergy medication in the house all the time. For day time simptoms we use Generic Loratadine since it works just as fine as the brand name and it is cheaper. Reading and comparing labels in the store might take a little bit more time when you want to buy something but it will definitley save some money in the process. So when we realized that both medication (brand name and generic) have the same quantity of the same active ingredient we did not have any second thoughts and we baught the generic medication. We are using it for years and we are very satisfied with it. My husband's problem dissaper in less then 1 hour and he is very happy that he can still pet our cat without sneezing or having hard time breathing. But, like any other OTC medication, it works only for mild and moderate allergy problems. For serious problems, you might need a prescription.

The generic loratadine claritin allergy medicine from Food Lion is the brand that I buy.  I can get a 30 pill bottle for less than what 5 pills of the name brand costs.  It works great for me.  I suffer from year long allergies and this is a definite ritual for me.  I could not get through the day without my allergy medicine.  I tried the Zytec which works great but makes me so drowsy.  Even when I took it at bed time - I would wake up drowsy.  The loratadine does not work as good but I love the non drowsy part.  The days are hard enough to get through without being drowsy   Costwise - it makes good sense in this economy to buy generic in anything you can to save money.  Most generic brands are just as good and effective as the brand names and at a fraction of the cost.  I have found the generic loratadine to work very effectively with all of my allergies and have made it a part of my daily morning routine.

Once March approaches my allergies begin,I know I am in for months of watery,itchy  eyes,runny nose and just plain  being miserable. My allergies were so bad that I actually rubbed my eyelashes off .This used to be a way of life till I tried Loratadine tabs. Once in the morning and I'm good for the day. I am a healthcare provider and can not afford to be drowsy when treating my patients.I must be awake and alert.Loratadine tabs allow me to do that.The other products I tried did not give me symptom relief or made me drowsy. I like this product so much that I perscribe it to my patients who have allergies

For someone new to allergies, at a later age in life - I really appreciate the relief from symptoms in particular sore eyes and congestion - at a price I can deal with.  I have also tried Zyrtec and liked that over Claritin, so I found it interesting that Loratadine worked as well as it did.  Sometimes shortly after taking a pill I notice a runnier nose but I attribute that to the congestion relief.  I also like that it is one pill a day; no need to take extras to work.
