General Review

First of all, I'm pleased the low prices that the General insurance company provides. I'm on a very tight budget! Every penny is pinched until it's screaming bloody murder! lol!

They gave me a fast, easy quote online, upon which it was determined that they were the cheapest prices in town.

I switched companies but have been deeply disappointed ever since.

They have extremely poor customer service over the phone...

They gave me an incredibily hard time about my family, I had to add my family members, regardless if they drive my vehicle, and then they were threatening me that my premium would go up! Well, I gave them an equally hard time over the phone and they "pulled some strings" and kept my balance the same... Thank you very much!

So not only do they try to wheel-and-deal you, but they're extremely cheap... They're insurance cards?? Not cards at all, but square pieces of regular paper unlaminated! My cards are just a few months old and they're already faded, ripped and torn just by being in my glove-box and my wallet...

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone... Cheap prices equal cheap services!
