I love blueberries and was excited to give General Mills Total Blueberry Pomegranate Cereal a try. It's really healthy and has twelve vitamins and minerals. The flakes are made from whole grains and are so crunchy! They did not get soggy, which was a huge plus. I hate soggy cereal. It also includes tasty fruit-flavored clusters. I could really taste the blueberry and pomegranate flavors. My only complaint is that I wish that they included actual blueberries in the cereal, but it still tasted great.

*I received a sample of **Total 100% Blueberry Bomegranate** in the mail. Well this morning I was looking for a little something to eat. And this sounded interesting to try, seeing how I've had it for sometime. Now was a good time before it expired. I must say I was totally surprised by the sample size, very small my hubby laughed at the amount. I found it to be a very small sample but it was just what I needed. A sample is a sample, gets you to try a product to see if you like it.* *Soon as I opened the package of **Total 100% Blueberry Pomegranate** I could smell the blueberries, the scent was right on the money. The crunch was nice, as I had been looking for something crunchy the last few days. You ever get that feeling you just want something crunchy and nothing seems to fit the bill? This did with me this morning, as it was exactly what I had been looking for and stayed crunchy, a real crunch! The taste, texture had just been what I was looking for, plus healthy. * *The cereal states 100% Daily Value of 12 Vitamins & Minerals. Crispy Whole Grain Flaskes and Crunchy Fruit Flavored Clusters. The flavor was there, so was the crispieness. I was pleased. I guess I was expecting actual pieces of fruit, not fruit flavored clusters. So next time I see this Total 100% Blueberry Pomegranate Cereal on sale and have a coupon. I will find myself traveling on over to the store to pick up a box. I guess it's time for me to give up the kids cereal, be more like an adult when it comes to cold breakfast cereal.*

I recently received a couple boxes of cereal samples in the mail.  It seems that I have striked out on both of them because I wouldn't eat either of them again if given the chance.  [Kashi Honey Sunshine][1] cereal was flat out gross and although **Total Blueberry Pomegranate Cereal** isn't gross, I definitely wouldn't buy it. The reason why I gave this cereal 2 stars is for a couple different reasons.  1) It is VERY sweet.  It is so sweet, it tastes like Fruity Pebbles or some other kind of fruity kids cereal.  After looking at the nutrition facts, it's no wonder why it is so sweet; it contains six different sweeteners: sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar syrup, sucralose, molasses and honey.  It was way too sweet for me.  2) Another problem I have with **Total Blueberry Pomegranate Cereal** is that it contains artificial colors and flavors.  Not only are there no blueberries or pomegranate in this cereal, there isn't ANY fruit in this cereal!  The fruity flavor is due to artificial flavors. On a good note, I did like how crunchy the flakes were.  They maintained most of their crunch until the end.  I also like the nutrition facts - this cereal is low in fat and calories and high in vitamins and minerals. **Nutrition **(1 cup) - 170 calories, 2g fat, 0 cholesterol, 4g fiber, 95mg sodium, 5g protein **The Scoop!** Although this cereal is nice and crunchy and contains a good amount of vitamins and minerals, it is just too sweet for me.  If you enjoy really sweet cereals like the kind marketed towards kids, you might like this cereal.  I won't be buying this cereal.     [1]: http://www.viewpoints.com/Kashi-Honey-Sunshine-Cereal-review-a7ac

This cereal has the best flavor that I have tasted in a long time.  I and everyone in my family eat cereal everyday.  We have tried brands that we didn't even know existed.  This cereal stays crunchie.  I did not leave it in the milk for an extended period of time so I can't say if it stays crunchie if it sits long.  The flavor of the fruit flavored clusters was very satisfying.  I would recommend this cereal to all walks of life.  It also has 100% nutrition so if someone was dieting it would be a nice starter to a day.  Full of flavor and good for you.  The flakes were just the right size for a regular spoon.  I don't like mush or really large flakes in cereal and this is just right.  I believe that children will also like this cereal because of its fruit flavor clusters.
