Here's one product that has it's share of pros and cons. General Mills Peanut Butter Toast Crunch Cereal is not my favorite cereal. I wouldn't say I dislike it though. The whole grain cereal is somewhat good but overall, it tastes too much like peanut butter - meaning - the peanut butter flavor is extremely dominant in taste. So much so that it makes it difficult to taste any other flavors. Although I like peanut butter in general, this cereal is a bit over the top with it's overly flavored taste. The only things that I genuinely enjoy about the cereal are the fact that it has some nutritional value, it isn't super high in calories and, that it is crunchy. I don't buy it too often. I mostly buy it when I can get a coupon or when it is on sale. I am not a regular customer of this product and wouldn't necessarily recommend it either.

I like peanut butter and I like cinnamon toast crunch so I thought that I would really enjoy this. Unfortunately it isn't as good as it sounds. The flavor is kind of overwhelming and tastes artificial. Maybe kids would like this better than adults as it's very sweet.

I normally am a huge fan of regular cinnamon toast crunch cereal. I love peanut butter, so I thought I'd give this a try. To me, it tasted like a fake imitation peanut butter. The taste wasn't good at all and it was way too sweet. I couldn't even eat a whole bowl of it. I would definitely stick with regular cinnamon toast crunch!

I figured I would try the General Mills Peanut Butter Toast Crunch Cereal because my daughter and me really like the Cinnamon toast crunch version so figured the peanut butter would be good. I was totally wrong, there is way to much peanut butter taste and it is not a good taste!

I'm a sucker for new breakfast cereals, and, since I love both peanut butter and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, I decided to give this one a shot even though it seemed like a strange combination. I have to admit that I was pretty disappointed. It states on the box that its contains real peanut butter, and I believe it does. However, it tastes like the peanut butter that collects near the top of the jar and starts to taste a little rancid after a while. If I had a full jar of peanut butter that tasted like the peanut butter in this cereal, I would be checking the expiration date. Overall, this product was a miss for me. I will still get the original, but this one has to go.

I decided to but this because me and my daughters love peanut butter, so I figured we would love this. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with this cereal. It does have a bit of a strong taste like peanut butter, but it's not in a good way. My daughters did eat it once, but they didn't want it a second time, so most of the box went to waste.

I love cereal and peanut butter but i have to say that peanut butter toast crunch tastes disgusting. I love bland cereals like cheerios and brans etc but this cereal tastes like dog food with a hint of peanuts. I could not finish my bowl and even my 8 year old who wasn't awake when i ate said that this cereal was gross. Sorry but stick to cinnamon toast crunch.

Peanut Butter Toast Crunch cereal has too strong of a peanut butter taste for a breakfast cereal but makes a great base for a cereal snack mix recipe. I chose to melt some white chocolate chips and toss it with some M&M's and the cereal and it made a delicious afterschool snack. We will stick with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and leave the Peanut Butter version on the shelf.
