I am a fifty year old mom.  We have three boys, ages 12, 19 and 27.  We have gone thru ALOT of cereal in 30 years.  Cheerios have come and gone on our breakfast table.  Regular Cheerios not so much , but Honey-nut, yes it's been there.  Personally it's too sweet for me.… read full review »

Intro — Always on the lookout for new healthier breakfast cereals that still have some redeeming value of sweetness in them, I often gravitate to ones that have honey and oats in them or include the word "crunch." This made me have great hopes for the newest Cheerios cereal, Oat Cluster… read full review »

Oatmeal Lover, into whole grain cereal

Just when you thought there were no more possible iterations of the classic Cheerios brand, General Mills has come up with the NEW Oat Cluster Cheerios Crunch.  Forget Berry Cheerios, Frosted Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, and Fruity Cheerios - the addition of crunchy oat clusters is what turned my head.  According to the cereal box (which I always read cover to cover), the cereal contains a perfect blend of five lightly sweetened whole grains.  Supposedly, there are also crunchy oat clusters but I found them to be few and far between. — The cereal tastes pretty much like… read full review »

General Mills Oat Cluster Cheerios Crunch — This ceral did not meat our expectations for two reasons, One the clusters were "small" and "coated with..... Cinnamon",  I could of delt with the small clusters and bought it again if it wasn't for that cinnamon taste I did not care for..The cereal was decent.....If you ever had the multi -grain cereal that was compareable and good. But this cereal will not be finding it's way home in our carts unless they get rid of that cinnamon taste...in the clusters.… read full review »

I am a cereal lover, and one of the cereals that I really like is Cheerios, so this Crunch cereal sounded great.  The box boasts that this cereal has the great taste of Cheerios with the added crunch of oat clusters.  Well, my oat clusters were very few, so this was a great tasting cereal, but had little added crunch.  I like that this is a heart healthy cereal and has only 100 calories per serving, but it doesn't contain the numerous oat clusters that I was expecting.  The Cheerios in the mix seemed to have gotten a sweetened makeover, which I really liked but there were… read full review »

I am usually not a very healthy eater and just don't like the taste of food that is good for me.  When I saw these on the the shelf, I passed right by without a second thought.  Then I got a free trail box in the mail and reluctantly I gave them a try and loved them!  They are crunchy and the mix tastes like a cinnamon granola bar.  Mixed with the Cherrios, it is a great combo.  The whole family loves them and it makes me feel better to think they are getting some nutrition for breakfast instead of marshmallow sugar… read full review »

Who hasn't give their toddlers Cheerio's as a snack food!  Remember the Cheerio trails?  Beside being just the right size for little hands, you could always find them by the trail that they would leave :-)  — Now Cheerios Crunch has gone one step further and given us adults a great snack food beside just the plain variety.  Now you don't have to sneek out a bite or two from your toddler's snack bag!   I have had it both ways, as a ceral in the morning and also an afternoon snack. (Add raisins and sunflower seeds for a quick afternoon pick-up).… read full review »

I just bought The Cheerios with Clusters cereal tonight when I saw it on the shelf at the store. I bought it because I saw it and I thought it looked great and would be good for me too. I also bought it because I am pregnant and trying to eat things that are better for both me and the baby. Boy, was I right about this cereal;it's good for me and great tasting too! I LOVE Cheerios and adding some clusters in with them was great thinking! I would recommend this to everyone willing to try it! For those who aren't so willing to try new things, this would be a good experimental… read full review »

If you read about a third of the way down the ingredient list you will see "MIXED TOCOPHEROLS AND BHT (PRESERVATIVES)" —listed right after "NATURAL ALMOND FLAVOR" and before "BROWN SUGAR". It is about 8 ingredients before "SALT" which there is 140 mg of per 3/4 cup serving. Not exactly how I would like to start my day! I'm sure we all get our fill of preservatives through other food during the course of a normal day, so why consciously eat it for breakfast when you don't have to? I'll be returning the 2 boxes I just bought before I read the label. —… read full review »

Cheerios are famous for being low-calorie, heart-healthy, and good-for-you. They also taste bland and boring. — The Cheerios Crunch cereal is still pretty low-calorie, but you get the benefits of a different taste and texture to make the cereal really great-tasting. — If you are expecting tons of high-calorie clusters of oats and honey, try a different cereal. This cereal gives just the enough kick to keep the balance between healthy and tasty. —… read full review »

I tried this product just because it was on sale and was ready for a change.  I find that the mixture of various grains of cheerios is somewhat bland and the clusters themselves are VERY bland.  I likened the clusters to Honey Bunches of Oats, however, the flavor of the Cheerios clusters lacked intensity.  To be quite honest, they didn't taste like much of anything. … read full review »

Have to say this cereal is one of the tastiest we've tried.  My one son is not a cereal lover. Never bothers to eat breakfast.  But when I bought this one home to try.  He loved it.  Also great just to carry around for the times you need something to snack on.  This is one box that will always be in our… read full review »

I tried Oat Cluster  Cheerios Crunch cereal and absolutely loved.  The only recommendation I have to improve this cereal is to add some more oat clusters.  I now eat this cereal for breakfast and also as something to snack on.  I also do find that this cereal is a bit expensive since I have yet to see it go on… read full review »

I loved the taste of this cereal, the only issue that I have is that it needs definitely more crunch clusters.  The entire family enjoyed this cereal,  and one of them is an extremely picky eater.  This cereal is a good start to the day and is… read full review »
