Fiber One raisin bran clusters is an awesome way to increase your fiber intake.  It is tasty, stay crunchy in milk and has 11 grams of fiber or 43% of daily fiber needs!  The clusters give it an added crunch and the raisins plump.  You would hardly know you are eating almost half your daily fiber in one sitting.

It also contains 4 grams of protein and 25% of some vitamins and minerals and only 1 gram of fat.

Dig in and enjoy, I doubt you will be disappointed.

We have made this a part of our breakfast routine and introduced it to the kids to. I still like the Kashi better, but this one with yogurt clusters is yummy too.
