FiberOne original...it's a great way to get your fiber in for the day.  But it must be mixed with other items.  I generally mix it in with a serving of Special K or another flavorful cereal.  Fresh/dried fruit tastes very well.  This is a truly healthy cereal.  And if you go to hungry-girl.com you will find that there are TONS of recipes that you can use with this cereal.  I'd even recommend a recipe for onion rings!  Give this versitile cereal a try!

I love the Original Fiber One Cereal.  It has just the right amount of sweetness, and goes perfect with a touch of cinnamon, some raisins and almonds, sliced banana, etc..  I also love to mix it into cottage cheese, yogurt or just snack on it plain.

Its definitely a great healthy and low calorie way to make sure you get the daily reccomended amount of fiber.

Fiber One is my favorite cereal for several reasons. It's satisfying, yet low-calorie (one half-cup serving has only 60 calories and 14 grams of fiber). Also, it's versatile and can be eaten dry, with milk, or mixed with yogurt. Finally, Fiber One has just the right amount of sweetness.  Unfortunately, it contains aspartame, so I try to limit my intake to one serving per day.

I love Original Fiber One as my number one daily fiber source. I mix it with a berry cereal for a tasty, healthy treat !  Love it.
