Wonderful on the go snack

trying to eat better, trying to eat well and right, health conscious, on Weight Watchers
Pros

    Satisfying snack, Great Taste

Cons
    contains high fructose corn syrup, Some sugar

When you need a healthy alternative to eat on the go this is it! Not alot of points but very good for those who like both the crunch and the sweetness of something sweet. Fills both needs very well and if you shop for them at WalMart they are extreemly affordable. We use them alot for breakfast subsitutes for running out the door type mornings.
