This bar is just as good as Fiber One's other variety, Oats & Chocolate. It's sweet yet satisfying, it has the real peanut butter taste (as most other nutrition bars use different flavoring and it doesn't taste like real peanut butter). It's very satisfying and good for those who need fiber as it has a lot of it. It fills you up, and if you're on Weight Watchers it's only 2 points.

It's not quite as sweet as the Oats & Chocolate, but it all depends on which one you like more. I like both and eat at least one a day for breakfast (along with cereal). It's also good for those on the run because it's not messy and easy to eat.
