General Mills - Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bars — 

These are one of my favorite snacks (and sometimes breakfast!) since I started doing Weight Watchers!  They taste SO good and are only TWO POINTS!!  One will usually fill me up, but if I've got a real sweet tooth on a particular day, I may sneak in two!  All of my kids love these too, so it's hard to keep these stocked in my pantry!  (By the way, you can buy these in bulk at Sam's Club!)  I have never had a problem with gas or diarrhea like some people have complained about (and neither have my kids), but they do help me to stay 'regular'.  I really like that these have a lot of fiber and whole grains.  I would definitely recommend these and the other flavors too (peanut butter and caramel)!

These sound good! Do you know how much fiber is in each bar? I really need the extra fiber because my diet doesn't have much.
