General Mills - Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bars —
These bars are good when you want a snack or I will eat one in the morning with my yogurt. I find one to be filling and satisfying. I wish it didn't have the saturated fat in it but I figure one every other day isn't going to hurt me. I love that there is only 90 mg of Sodium and 10 g of Sugar in one. The peanut butter ones are good too!!
