General Mills Fiber One Caramel Delight Review

"WOW!"  That's what I said when I took a bite out of this cereal.  The box says that it's lighty sweetened, so I was expecting A LOT of fiber taste with barely a hint of sweetness.  But it was the exact opposite!  I was very pleasantly surprised at the delicious taste of something that is so good for me.

Fiber One Caramel Delight is a very yummy way to get a little extra fiber into my diet.  In fact, the box says that it provides 35% of my daily fiber need!  NO PROBLEM!  A serving is one cup, but this stuff is so yummy I'll easily eat two servings at a time.  Also, if you're trying to stick to a whole grain diet, you're in luck because that's what Fiber One is made of!

Now, it's not cheap.  I think I paid over $ 4.00 for this ceral.  I know, ouch.  And I felt like an old lady buying Fiber One.  BUT, it tastes like a kid's cereal!  And it's good for me!  Plus, my kids actually liked it.  IMAGINE THAT!  They liked Fiber One!  Weird, huh?
