Family of Cereal Eaters, a healthy cook
I was surprised to discover how good Curves Cereal is. I have tried other healthy cereals such as Kashi (which I like but the texture of the cereal is too hard and crunchy, not to mention that it leaves your digestive system working in over drive) that I have liked but not loved. I was hoping this would be a great tasting cereal with good nutritional values. The nutritional values are ok, obviously it is a better cereal for you than a lot of others. It is slightly sweet, but there is not much flavor in it. However, it is definitely than cereals like grapenuts and other granolas. Curves is a genius at marketing. This cereal has no less calories than most cereals. Compare a 3/4 cup serving (yes, that's what a 100 calorie serving of Curves cereal is - 3/4 of a cup) to most other cereals on the market - including junk cereals. Special K used this marketing too even though their cereal generally had the same amount of calories as other cereals. Really - it's unbelieveable people fall for this. Plus, Curves cereal has virtually no protein per serving. You can find natural cereals out there that have significant protein and other nutrients and the same or only slightly more…

Family of Cereal Eaters, health conscious, keen on tasty food, trying to eat well and right
This cereal is a great treat to those who wish to eat healthier cereals than the kids' sugary types. However, be aware that it has a lot of calories. Which isn't bad, if you only eat one specified serving. Also, it is not a weight loss solution as the box front would lead you to think. Cereal, no matter what kind, will not drop pounds. Overall healthy eating and exercise…
