I am such a cereal lover, but I tend to stay away from the high sugar varieties because of the high calories, but sometimes that means sacrificing taste. That is not the case for cheerios, because they are the perfect whole grain cereal. Each O has a little bit of sweetness, and the oat flavors taste amazing. This cereal will make a breakfast lover out of anyone. What is truly great is how healthy it is. At only about 120 calories per 1 cup serving and low fat, this is truly a great choice for any meal. I love having a bowl for breakfast but it can be great for lunch and dinner, and an easy snack on the go. The cereal is made with vitamins and minerals that actually lower your cholesterol. If you love to drown your cereal in milk, these Os will stay crunchy to the last spoonful. The Os taste great mixed with fruit like bananas or strawberries on top and I love to use them to top yogurt. Cheerios is such an old fashioned wholesome cereal, but it truly belongs on the top of the best tasting cereal list.
