These are good for health concious people. They have plenty of vitamins and minerals in them, so you will not have to take a multi - vitamin in addition to your daily diet. They have a wonderfull taste and are very filling and crunchy. The yellow box they come in is a nice color to see in the morning when you eat breakfast. I recommend these to be eaten more than at breakfast. I have enjoyed them for lunch and dinner as well. They are also very good to feed to teething babies who need high nutrition.
