I've never had to file a claim with Geico, so I don't know how they are in that aspect, but as far as customer service goes, they ROCK! Reps are very friendly, very helpful and speak and understand English great! Customer service is 24/7 with very little to no hold time. When I needed my policy changed, things were quick and easy to get done and cs reps went above and beyond. Prices are competative.
