    Home owners Insurance is way too high, difficult to cancel pol, Bad customer service, changes to quotes without your knowledge

Geico — 

Never update your information on line.  I tried to change my address on-line instead of waiting hours to talk to someone.  Well, I made a mistake and checked the wrong box.  However, I was not able to fix it on line. When I called to tell them of the problem, I was told that I had to wait for a form to come in the mail and then mail it back. In the mean time, I was charged a higher premium until they decided to process the paper work.
