I have had problems with certain foods since several years, especially after diner and during the evening.  I take two chewable tablets before going to bed and heartburn goes away fast and I can have a good night sleep.  They are easy to carry wherever you go and you can could on a fast relief of acid indigestion.  I have been using Gaviscon Tablets for years now and I have tried other brands.  They didn't bring me the relief I expected as Gaviscon does.
