Gatorade Thirst Quencher — 

Gatorade has been around forever.  But its not for you if you're taking a walk around the block.  This is truly a sports drink--fluid replacement drink for when you either live in Miami and you are jogging in July, or if you are truly a marathon runner or professional athlete.

Gatorade has a terrific source of potassium and sodium, to replenish lost electrolytes from perspiration; remember it is loaded with sugar and calories, however.
