I love this stuff! I think it tastes just like the "ice pops that go in your freezer" I don't what their name is, but, they are in a liquid form and you freeze them and then eat them, like an ice cream....anyway, they taste like that! They really quench my thirst too. I feel better when I drink them. I like the red and purple ones the best.
