Gather Reviews

    I ran across Gather a little over a year ago and I still am quite active on the website. Gather is a free community in which you will meet a lot of nice people.  I have met a large amount of people off here and continue to keep in touch.  Gather is a website in which you have the ability to write articles, post images and videos.  People then will view them and comment on them.

    You will earn points based off of the amount you particpate onto the website.  The more active you are on the community, the more points you will earn.  You can them redeem your points for gift cards. ...

     I have been a member of Gather for two years and I absolutely love it.  It is a social networking site that allows users to publish articles on just about any subject.  People can also submit photos and videos.  You earn points by submitting things and also by commenting on other people's submissions.  There is a wide variety of people who belong so therefore there are subjects for everyone.  Most of the people are friendly and  willing to help each other toward their point goals.  The conversations are interesting and quite stimulating at times.  Points earned can be redeemed...

Two years ago, I joined Gather through another site.  At first I didn't have anything to do with them.  It was introduced as a Social Site for artistic writers, bloggers, etc.  I wasn't sure it was for me.  I joined strictly for the points. 

After a month of seeing it in my favorites but never revisiting I decided to give it a try or at least check it out further.  WOW, what a difference 2  years makes. 

Gather is the best social sites for adults, I have ever been on.  What started out to be what I thought a writer's site really is only part of it.  There are those on there strictly there...

I discovered Gather through a member’s article on Associated Content. The site sounded promising. Earn points or cash (this was before the elimination of the checks) for your writing.

During the little over a year since I first joined the site, there have been a lot of changes. Some, such as allowing most members to earn cash via PayPal deposits in addition to the ability to earn gift cards, have been good. Others, such as the recent plummeting of points earned by most members have been downright unpleasant.

Some good members have left the site for one reason...

I found Gather though stumble.com ad It was the best comunity I had found!

1 year and 10 months later I still feel this way.If you write novels ,poetry, reviewsblogs or just[by no way are any of these more important] ther3e a circle of friends to cheer you on ; critique when wanted,and just plain want to start you day with.

I you are a photographer there are sites for you to learn, look at coment,or share you life with.

I have met people from all over the world I have made a differince in the world with my writing and comments! Even if you just pick up one peble from the mound of rocks...

Gather, is a user friendly community site  It is free to join.  Allows you to meet people from all over the world.  You can win prizes from contest and earn points for cash or gift cards.

Because of some changes, it now takes alot more time to earn points than it used to.  It is still a fun place to mingle with people. You will always feel welcomed by someone. 

If you are a writer, this is a good site to be on. To post you work, and find relative information.

I v'e been on gather for a few monthes now...I really love it . Many great money saving tips. I've found a few groups that enjoy the same tv shows and we chat about them.

There are so many different groups that there is something for every one. It  has  one extra bonas there is a point system for adding content to the site....its a nice extra for a great site!

Gather is a great social networking site.You can post articles about anything.Post pictures of anything.Post your poetry.You join a bunch of groups to fit your interest.It is very entertaing and rewarding.You get points for gift cards.
