I JUST LOVE MY GATEWAY LAPTOP. THE THING ABOUT MY GATEWAY LAPTOP IS I TAKE IT EVERYWHERE I GO. I NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT. Fantastic price fantastic computer. I bought the NV5928 series about one year ago and I absolutly love it. The best feature in my opinion is the BluRay Drive, and the HD resolution. When I viewed my first BluRay disc I could see the pimples on peoples faces, thats how clear it is. The only thing that I have had trouble with is the mouse pad, there is no border on the top portion of the mouse pad so at times your finger will be off the touch pad and you will not notice it until you look down. the sides are fine because there is a raised border on the sides.Other then that this computer is a gem, its fast, and there is plenty of room. It is good for a gamer or just to use as a business computer. The battery life is kinda low, but thats never a problem, keep it plugged in most of the time. I think the life is just over 4 hours. That can be fixed by changing your battery settings. The weight of the laptop is great makes it very portable. Great for school work and just surfing the net. I wish I would have bought two of these when they were on sale thats how much i like this computer.

I love this laptop. The battery life is long enough that I can last through 3 classes running photoshop and more on high-performance without a hitch. It runs intense online games perfectly as well as games like Assassins Creed which require high quality in a computer. The keyboard is to the side to give you room for an external mouse, and you get used to the new positioning right away and wonder how you ever lived without it. I love having the number-pad again that so many laptops leave out. I haven't had a problem yet and doubt I ever will. It's pretty durable too, I'm a clutz and end up dropping it or slapping it into doors every few days and it's barely scratched. The screen is well protected even with a few misplaced feet treading on top of it. It's worth the cost, which is already a great deal.
