Gateway MX6421 Laptop Computer Review

I feel that the big screen definitely came with a trade off in terms of portability.

This laptop is very heavy and cumbersome when traveling {especially on air planes} the over all size when transported in a case that it will fit into will not fit under the seat and it is quite heavy to be lifting it in to  the over head compartment.

 Putting portability aside ,in my opinion the quality is not up to the standard that I think it should be , especially for the amount of money I paid for it.

It's a little over one year old and I have replaced the power cord three {3} times- the keys fall off the key board like they were never  firmly attached to begin with.

More importantly,customer service and tech support have been marginal at best.
