The worst cust. service EVER!!! I refuse to buy from Best Buy!

Gateway MA7 — 

I purchased a MA7 Gateway computer and would never suggest getting anything from Best Buy now. I purchased to computer in August 2007. In June 2008 it was having problems. Upon returning to the States I returned to the store I purchased it at in Minnesota. Best Buy Geek Squad sent it out mulitple times for servicing. They changed the mobo, hdd, optical drive twice as well trying to get in to boot up. This happened from the first week in July until mid November. This computer was under a year old. Now this month, March 2009 it was not charging properly. I had an independant company check it out. They told me that the motherboard is bad. This computer is not even two years old! The service I recieved from Best Buy Geek Squad was the worst I have ever encountered. I would not recommend any one ever purchase any products.
