i guess it was given to us because of work, so i can't complain about the price but now they expect miracles from it. a gateway and windows vista might be the worse OS computer combo every. It is very slow even after properly removing most of the hidden programs, also the buttons stick. but the worse part of all is the out of no where freezing. graphics are par, trying to get the sound to go down is a pain it only has vga video outpoint, i am rather inpressed with the curser pad, it works very well, i have had no problems with the nic or wireless nic so far

Maybe if the pc was taken in to the shop for minor upgrades it would run better and you might want to check into another type or brand of antivirus... I love my GateWay
