Gas Ranges vs. Electric Ranges. What is the difference? — 

I grew up using gas ovens/stoves. During my young adulthood I was forced to use Electric ranges/ovens and it as difficult to get the food to cook evenly. I now own my own home and purchased a gas oven/stove and it works great. No burnt bottom of food while still frozen in middle.
