Gas Ranges vs. Electric Ranges. What is the difference? Review

Reference: GE Profile Double Oven-Duel Fuel Convection. Model J2B918SEK1SS.

When it came time to replace our electric stand alone oven with cook top, duel fuel was the choice.  I can say with assurance that  I have not been disappointed. It is definitely the way to go.

Instant gas BTU cooking surfaces is good, and a convectioin oven is great in use.  Unit has been reliable with no issue to date. 

Cook surface, as with all gas tops, requires regular cleaning to maintain neat look. Grates are easily moved and replaced for cleaning.
