Pros

    Gas saves time..Heats b etter and faster, easier to regulate

Cons
    hard to keep clean, Hard to clean, Takes time to preheat..Not good for cann, Temperature hard to regulate

Gas Ranges vs. Electric Ranges. What is the difference? — 

I have a both Electric in FL. and Gas in NYC....both GE.

Just bought the GE free standing 30'  JCB series.

I love it...food cooks soooo much faster.  Get stove for the price..got it at Home Depot.

Don't have to worry if my food is over cooked or undercooked
