I went to the store on 87th street...I asked if I could order 30 bags of popcorn in advanced..the two ladies said YES.. I WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK THEM UP AT 10AM SHARP ..On November 5th when I picked up the popcorn, I was 30 minutes..Sasha and Domonique were so helpful..they recognized me as soon as I got there "we were waiting on you " they said with a great big smile on their faces..I even tried to *TIP* them they said NO THANKS..I was surprise when they said We love to see customs with a smile on their face when we put it there... they also told me there were 5 to a bag...and there were... my order was on time and very neatly packed THANKS AGAIN SASHA AND DOMONIQUE

I'm very Dissapointed on the quality of this popcorn lately. I've ordered Garrett's popcorn over the years online because I live in texas. When I first tried it I was in Atlanta GA. I went through Chicago and got to purchase my first. It used to be the best. BUT like the quality, customer service and them backing their products, has gone down hill. I will no longer be purchasing their popcorn because people don't take criticism very well these days.(Everyone doesn't get a trophy) the popcorn was stale, and it had food outside the tin under my seal. (Cross contamination) I sent in my complaint with pictures. No response to resolve this matter.. its ok . I'll never recommend them or buy from then again.

Garrett Popcorn is literally the BEST popcorn on the planet - and I think I have tried every kind of popcorn. I am a popcorn addict and once I found Garrett's I knew there was no other! It is simply amazing! My first encounter with Garrett popcorn was about 3 years ago in the one and only -CHICAGO! I stood in line for nearly an hour waiting for this amazing stuff, and let me tell you - it was so worth the wait. It is a little pricey, but worth it for this delicious treat. The best is the "Chicago Mix" which is a combination of caramel corn mixed with cheese popcorn - it is literally out of this world. I will say that this popcorn is a little on the pricey side, but really, when it's this good, who cares? The nice thing about GarrettPopcorn.com is that you can order this anytime, from anywhere if you don't live in Chicago. Maybe that's nice...or dangerous?! I just used GarrettPopcorn.com to find out whether or not there was an actual Garrett store in Las Vegas, as we will be traveling there next week. And, to my delight, I was able to locate a store in Las Vegas using the website - and you can bet I will be making a stop (or three!) Overall you really just cannot go wrong with Garrett Popcorn. It's flavorful, fresh and unique. It's something every popcorn lover should experience!

I love popcorn, so when I found out you could order different flavors online I was really interested.  Not only does this popcorn taste amazing, but it comes in the cutest popcorn tins.  Before I get to the good, the only bad part about this popcorn is that it is expensive to ship, but they do constantly have specials.  Now for all the good.  First of all, the taste is amazing!  Their flavors tastes delicious.  If you are feeling adventurous they have the macadamia caramel crisp which is a rich and delicious blend of caramel and macadamia nuts.  If you are a plain jane, they have plain and buttered flavor which are sure to please.  Each bite of popcorn is perfectly popped and flavored.  So many times you get a container of popcorn and some pieces have too much flavor and some not enough, but Garrett's makes their popcorn so that each piece is perfectly flavored.  The buttered flavor brings you back to the days when you didn't care about how much fat was in your snacks at the movies and I guarantee with one bite you will go back for more.  Even the plain is delicious, just simple popcorn but so light and fluffy.  The caramel corn has just the right amount of sweet on the popped corn.  Not only does the taste make you realize that the whole shipping cost was worth it, but you can pick your own designer tin.  There are simple ones with just a logo, and then their are tins decorated up for special occassions.  The cost depends on how big a tin you want to buy, but prices start at $22.  This is a delicious gift for any of your friends that are snackers.  But be warned that you will want to buy one tin for your friends and one more for yourself.

When I need my fix of orange crack I have to order it online because here in Detroit there's no where to buy it.  Oh, I suppose I should mention that that "orange crack" is cheese popcorn from Garrett Popcorn.  And since the only places where Garrett's has retail locations are Chicago and NYC, we have to order online. Someone my husband works with brought in a small sample of the stuff about 2 years ago and everyone in this household is now hooked on it.  Even the cat!  About twice a year we order from the Garrett Popcorn website where we get our fix of Cheese Corn and Caramel Crisp popcorn.  We usually buy a 2 gallon tin which is about $30 but shipping is the killer as it's oversized and is sent FedEx.  The last order we placed was for two 2-gallon tins and the total was $116.  Of that, $18 was for shipping. Yeah, I know $100 for popcorn is ridiculous.  No, it's downright insane.  But it really is totally addicting and if you've got some disposable income to spend on snack foods, Garrett Popcorn does not disappoint. The popcorn is available in the following flavors:  Plain, Buttery, CaramelCrisp, and CheeseCorn, and Cashew, Pecan, or Macadamia Caramel Crisp. It's so good that Oprah selected the Caramel/Cheese combination as one of her "Favorite Things" during a recent holiday season. There are 5 retail locations in the city of Chicago and in early 2007 a new shop was opened in New York City. I'm hoping that one day we'll get a location in Detroit so we can have it more often and not have to pay for more tins that we don't need nor the huge shipping and handling charge.  Garrett's homepage displays any specials currently in effect and also has links to shop by price or category.  Customers can choose from several different can designs as well.    Ground shipping is via FedEx and is $9 per can and Garrett accepts the following types of payment:  Visa, Mastercard, or American Express in this section. Orders are packed very well for shipping. Over the weekend we were in Chicago and had the pleasure of visiting a real live Garrett Popcorn location.  The line was out the door but we waited patiently, enjoying the incredible smell.  It was so nice to be able to buy our favorite snack food and pay a reasonable price.  We got 4 large bags of different flavors, 2 small bags as gifts for my parents, and a popcorn ball for me which I ate in the car on the way home today.  It was nice to buy tons of popcorn for a fraction of what we normally spend. **Garrett Popcorn** is an institution in the Chicago area.   I will never forget the first time I caught a whiff of that heavenly caramel aroma.  I had just moved to Chicago and was walking downtown on my lunch hour when I was hit with the unforgettable Garrett Popcorn smell wafting down the block.  I followed my nose to an unremarkable storefront that had a line of people waiting giddily to enter.  I took my place in line and got a glimpse of big copper kettles of caramel and cheese-coated gourmet popcorn.  It all looked so good, I wasn't sure which to pick so I asked the lady at the counter for a suggestion.  She told me that the Chicago mix was a popular item - CheeseCorn and CaramelCrisp popcorn mixed together.  I remember being dubious because that combination didn't really sound tasty to me, but I decided to try it.  One bite, and I was in popcorn heaven!  The combination of Garrett's buttery golden caramel glazed popcorn with its full-bodied cheesy-coated popcorn is absolutely brilliant.   It's so good you'll want to lick your fingers. I can tell just by the decadent taste that not only is the popcorn rich in flavor, but it is also rich in calories.  So, I treat myself to a bag of Garrett Popcorn only occasionally.  In addition to the Chicago Mix, the Cashew CaramelCrisp is another of my favorites.  My hubby bought me a small tin for Christmas one year, and I savored every mouthful.  If you're ever in the Chicago area, I highly recommend you make it a point to stop by **Garrett Popcorn**.  In addition to the downtown locations, there is now a shop at O'Hare airport.  You can also place a mail order at *garrettpopcorn.com*, but keep in mind that it is a bit pricey for the shipping.
