Last year I decided my gray hair needed to go, I bought this product as it sounded gentle, and the color looked close to mine. I am bedbound, so fussy hair products won't work! This product has good directions, a simple mixture, that does not overwhelm with fumes, and easy rinsing! The color is rich, lasts, and doesn't wreck the hair. I've used it for a year now, and just restocked! I like this product!
