Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo Anti Dandruff — 

I saw this shampoo in a trial size so I decided to give it a shot and see if it was worth buying a full sized bottle. Now you can't really tell in my pictures but my hair is just below my  shoulder blades, so any shampoo I use needs to be able to handle my long hair. I also have hair that is wavy and slightly on the oily side so not all shampoos work for me.

The fragrance is pleasant but not overpowering or too girlish. I used the same amount as other shampoos (I don't measure....lol I just put about a silver dollar sized blob in my hand...) It lathered up real good and was more than plenty to handle my hair.

Rinsing was very easy and my hair came clean in no time at all without a lot of fuss like some I have used. After I rinsed the fragrance was still there but only slightly but hey I don't need pretty smelling hair anyway, I just want to control frizz and feel clean.

After my first use of this Anti Dandruff Garnier Fructis I decided to see if I could find it in a larger bottle. I did find it at a Sam's Club in Indiana in a large bottle so I grabbed one. When I got home my wife got curious and tried it and she also liked it....Good thing I got a big bottle!!

Bottom Line

I like to switch off on shampoos from time to time and this will definitely be in the rotation. It lathered very well, has a nice light fragrance and rinses clean. It also helps control those nasty white flakes I sometimes get and that is a good thing. I generally wash my hair every other day unless I get sweaty working outside and this is gentle enough that I don't worry about using it often.

I haven't tried the dandruff one but I currently do use Fructis and love it.

Hi there kid-kansas... This is an excellent review! I'm glad that you discovered this product...also that it works well for you. It does seem that this brand has a mild pleasant fragrance to all its products. Which to me is just about as important as it is on how well a product can perform as promised. I didn't know Garnier Fructis had an anti-dandruff version. I might grab a trial size and see how it works for me.
