I tried the Garnier Fructis Style XXL Volume Thickening Mousse after I ran out of my Herbal Essences mousse and have used it as little as possible since. I have found the mousse to have a texture not conducive to soft or smooth hair. My hair was nearly always crunchy after I used it, which I myself can absolutely not stand. It does have a good smell, but personally I have found the negatives to outweigh the pros by far. My hair is very frizzy after using this product, and not soft at all. I would not use this product, but if you have to, use only as little an amount as possible. It will make your hair grossly crunchy!! I would not recommend this to anyone really, nor would I say it is a good value for the money. It did not, in my opinion, live up to its expectations, at least not my expectations, and I was very dissapointed. Save your money for a higher quality product. I recommend Herbal Essences Totally Twisted mousse.
