This is the shampoo that our family uses regularly. We have different types of hair and it seems to work for everyone. We have used this shampoo for awhile and we like it a lot. I was looking for a cheaper natural shampoo that wasn't filled with all the chemicals and junk in it. It just makes you feel better about what you are putting in your hair. This one is easy to finds in stores, a good price and worth it. This one worked great! It has a good lather, smells great and rinses well. It leaves your hair feeling good also. I have normal to oily hair and it's been great. We really like this product! Effectiveness It does the job. The shampoo has a good lather to it and it works well. It makes your hair feel clean, soft and smelling good! It is effective in getting your hair nice and clean. Scent It has a great smell to it. Nothing overpowering, but leaves your hair smelling fresh and great! It is a nice soft smell.

I've used Garnier Fructis products in the past with good success, so when I found myself looking for a new shampoo off the retail shelves recently, I went straight to the Garnier Fructis products. Environmental awareness is very important to me, so the fact that this shampoo is more environmentally friendly than the other products helped sway my decision to purchase this particular variety. So far, I'm fairly happy with this shampoo. It definitely feels like it's cleaning my hair well, the only downside being that it feels almost too effective, like it's stripping my hair a bit too much. It feels a bit "squeaky clean" when washing, which is a little bit more harsh than I had hoped for. However, it does truly leave my hair feeling nice and clean and soft (and the coordinating conditioner helps it feel less "squeaky"). It lathers well, and has a very pleasant fragrance to it. So, while I'm not sure that this is the particular variety I will settle on using in the future, I would still recommend it as an effective, somewhat more environmentally friendly shampoo, at a very reasonable price.

I really can't find a bad thing to say about this line of hair care. It is one of my absolute favorites and you can get it for a good price. I used the Pure Clean line last summer and loved it! I try to balance a cleaning shampoo in summer and a moisturizing one in the winter. My hair is naturally oily so I always have to combat that in the summer time. I used this shampoo all summer and loved it! It worked great at keeping my hair really clean but not drying it out. I would definitely use it again and recommend it to others! Effectiveness It was great! It kept my hair really great and shiny in the summer. It did a great job at fighting off the oil and keeping my hair strong and clean! I love this brand! Scent The scent was great! It smelled really good and lasted in my hair throughout the entire day! If you match it with the conditioner, it last even longer. You will get compliments on your hair if you use this product.

I first tried this shampoo about three weeks ago and have not been able to use it every since. I have always been fond of the other lines of this brand. I love the smell and the way it makes my hair feel. I felt as though this shampoo would be great for any hair in general because it seemed as though it didn't contain any harsh chemicals. I'm not saying that this shampoo will not work for you but I did not like it all. I'm not sure if I had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients or really what happened for that matter. But my face started to burn as I rinsed the shampoo out of my hair. I still continued and applied the conditioner to my hair. After rinsing and completing my shower my face (around my hair line) was red and burning. Besides that, when my hair dried my scalp became very itchy and irritated. Like I said before this shampoo may be great for you, just wouldn't be my first option.

I am typically a big fan of the Garnier line of products. When I went to pick up another bottle of shampoo, I saw a deal on this new product so I tried it. I cannot exactly put my finger of what is different with the formulation on this one, but my hair does not come our as soft and clean as with their other shampoo products. I felt like their was a lingering residue or a slight film on my hair after my showers. It just didn't feel as nice after drying as with their other shampoos. I only bought this product once, and now I have returned to Garnier's other shampoo products. I did the job, but was not as nice as I expected from the Garnier line. Effectiveness It did effectively clean my hair, but as previously mentioned, it seemed to leave a slight filmy residue on my hair. Scent No big complaints on the scent of this shampoo. As with other Garnier products, I like the way this smells on my hair. It is not an overwhelming scent, but just smells fresh and clean.

I generally like this shampoo. I purchased it because I can't use pearlized shampoos on my hair; makes it too greasy. So I purchased this because it wasn't pearlized and the price was right. I love the smell- fresh and lightly fruity. It works pretty well on my hair, doesn't leave it greasy which for me is number one because unfortunately I have that kind of hair that gets greasy like that.

I have very thick, heavy hair past my shoulders that weighs itself down easily and is often hard to wash. This is the first shampoo I've found that leaves my hair feeling clean and renewed without leaving residue or drying my hair out. The scent is pleasant without being overpowering. After washing with this shampoo my hair feels natural and clean and, other than conditioner, I never have to use product to moisturize my hair. I've also noticed that dead skin and dander has been much less noticeable than usual, even though it's always a problem because I have so much hair and it's very dark, so the flakes show up. It's not as effective as a true anti-dandruff shampoo, but it does a good job of keeping it at bay. I love how few ingredients this shampoo has, because I like to know that I'm not putting tons of chemicals in my hair. I would recommend this to anyone, but particularly people with long or thick hair who usually have a problem getting their hair totally clean.

When I was trying to find natural products to put into my hygiene routine, it seemed most products came from brands that I had never even heard of. When I found this shampoo, I was excited to give it a try, thinking it might work as well as other Garnier products. I was correct, and I was very happy. This shampoo does, indeed, work as well as other products from the brand. It cleans your hair and lathers nice. It is just as good as less natural products, without all the chemicals. This shampoo is reasonably priced when it comes to buying a natural shampoo. I love that about it. There also tend to be coupons available, as well as sales on the product. One thing that I don't like about this shampoo is the cap. It hurts my fingers just to open the top... not good. I really don't like that about it, and I complained to the brand about it. My conclusion: A great product! Just ignore the cap that is not so nice.

I received samples of both the Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying Shampoo, and Conditioner, in the mail. So today I am reviewing the shampoo. The sachet is 0.34 fluid ounce (10ml). I tried to tear off the top of the sachet, before going into the shower stall, but it wouldn't budge, so I used scissors. Once in, and with my hair wet, I squeezed out all the clear liquid. It was on the runny side, but had a refreshing, clean smell to it. I applied it to my hair, and even though there didn't seem to be much shampoo, the lather was great. My hair was so easy to wash with it. I rinsed it out after a couple of minutes, and applied a cheap conditioner. This way I could tell how the shampoo had worked. My hair looked shiny, and even my highlights, and gray stood out. I then completed my normal setting to get my hair up into a French twist. My hair looked shiny, and was easy to manage. Garnier state: Results: Refreshingly clean hair that's 10 x stronger, 4 x healthier and so much shinier." I can't say that my hair was stronger, and would have to buy the product, and use it on a regular basis to find out. Effectiveness My hair was really clean, and shone. Scent Very pleasing fragrance. Light floral/fruity smell.

Everyone that knows me knows I try to use as many all natural and organic products as possible, so when my friend received samples of Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner, she thoughtfully gave them to me! The sample packet states that this product can give you hair that is 10x stronger and 4x healthier, but you obviously can't get that in one sample packet. I might buy the full-size bottle to see if my damaged hair can be rescued with this product. I really disliked the matching conditioner, but I LOVE **Garnier Frucits Pure Clean Fortifying Shampoo**. Why do I love it? Well, it smells amazing. It's fresh, clean, fruity and delicious. It lathers really well and it gave me tons of bubbles, which I love. It cleaned my hair really well and it's made with 94% biodegradable ingredients! What's not to love! While I wouldn't waste my money on the conditioner (that doesn't condition), I would consider buying this shampoo. I love the ingredients, love how it smells, love all the bubbles and it gets my hair nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this product!
