This is a very nice light hair oil that is good for hair that is moderately damaged. I have very long heat-damaged hair, and this helps give it a little boost. It is so light that I have literally counted ten sprays when I thought that I really needed it, and my hair still did not feel or look oily when it dried. It adds a lot of shine to my hair. It tames frizz and keeps flyaways down. It makes my hair look overall healthier. It tames my ends when I have straightened them. I do not use this when I curl my hair though because it can loosen them up, but that can be a good thing depending on what look you are going for. It makes my natural waves look very nice and put-together. Effectiveness It makes my hair shiny, smooth, and healthy looking. Scent It has an odd scent. If I am not in a well-ventilated area when I use this, it can make me feel a little sick, so if I can I like using it outside. It smells like nuts and perfume mixed together.

Anyone who has thick and dry frizzy hair like mine knows the struggles of trying to keep your hair moisturized! That is why I absolutely love using Garnier Fructis nutrient spray triple nutrition! I always have a bottle of this spray under my cabinet for whenever my hair starts looking dull or dry. I shake the bottle before I use it because it does have a tendency to settle inside the bottle in between uses. Then I spray it liberally into either wet or dry hair and style as usual. I really like to let this sit in my hair overnight before heat styling so the oils and nutrients have time to absorb into my strands and help protect my hair from any damage that heat styling causes. This spray has really helped bring my hair to life! Since I have been using it I have noticed that my hair is a lot shinier and moisturized. Overall I would highly recommend this Garnier Fructis nutrient spray to keep your hair healthy and shiny!

This nutrient spray from Garnier Fructis is okay. It is not great and it is not bad. I think it does an okay job returning much needed nutrients to my hair, but I did not notice significant change in the state of my hair to warrant purchasing it more than once. I used this spray on my hair before I would heat style it and my hair did feel a bit softer after using it. I did not really notice that it truly repaired the damaged that I experience from using a flat iron though. It is not an expensive spray, so I was not upset that I spent the money on it, but I would have hoped for better results. It did not make my hair look greasy or oily, so that is definitely a plus. It is a light spray that did not weigh down my hair and I did also like that about this spray. I do not think I would buy this nutrient spray for my hair again, but I would use it if it were given to me as a gift or from a friend. I would have to rate this spray a six because it was not horrible, but it also was not spectacular.

This spray was not for me. It made my hair very soft but it made it frizzy as well. My ends frizzed up, as did the length of my hair which is rather long. So it was soft with little frizzies popping out. The softness of my hair was fantastic but nothing else about it was any good for me. I was disappointed because I had high hopes for this product. I have long, thick, color-treated hair that can get blah and dry. I really wanted something to keep those fly always at bay unfortunately this was not it. It's inexpensive and can be purchased at almost any drugstore. I suppose because it isn't very expensive it's worth a try, I do have a very good friend who uses it all the time and her hair looks awesome. Effectiveness Not at all effective on my hair. My hair was soft but not smooth or shiny which was what I was hoping for. Scent It was an ok smell. Nothing heavy sorta citrusy but brings that it was a light scent, it was fine for me.

This product works so well on Florida humidity hair. It can get really humid here in Florida and as soon as I walk out of the house, my hair would frizz up and have some crazy curls. This product helps control my hair from frizzing up and puts a nice shine to my hair. This product is a must for hot summers in Florida. I use this when my hair is styled and dry, it acts as a sealer to keep my hair in place. This product also gives your hair nutrients to keep it healthy and shiny. I love this and I hope they keep this product around forever! Effectiveness This works great! It really helps with humidity control and calming down frizzy hair. I can really see a difference when I use this product. The humidity in Florida is terrible, so if it works well here, then it will work well anywhere! Scent The scent is great, and I love that it stays smelling good on my hair for the whole day. I love the scent of all Garnier products, it really smells fresh and clean.

Garnier Fructis Nutrient Spray Triple Nutrition is a great way to stop frizz. Normally my hair is not frizzy at all. But when I went to visit my sister in Nevada, the dry weather made my hair fly-away and frizzy. It was just a complete disaster! Growing up together, my sister and I had almost identical hair. So when I was with her in Nevada, I couldn't understand why her hair was perfect and mine was a mess. I asked her how long it took for her hair to adjust to the weather and she said that she spent six months trying different products and treatments on her hair. She said that the product that worked best for her was Garnier Fructis Nutrient Spray. So I tried it and it worked like magic! With just one application my hair went from wild, frizzy and fly-away to smooth, controlled and beautiful. This stuff is magic! I don't think I have ever tried a hair product that worked so well so quickly! I don't use it when I am home because my climate and weather do not make my hair go out of control. But every time I visit my sister, I use her Garnier Fructis Nutrient Spray! It's a miracle!

Garnier has hit a home run with their recent line of hair oils. I've used a lot of different types of oils on my flyaway hair, and there's no in-between - they either make the frizz worse, or turn my head into a flat grease pit. I think I've finally found the product that will change that for good! I couldn't find the specific product I was trying to review (the new Fructis "Marvelous Oil", which 100% lives up to its name), but I have used this spray as well and it's heavenly. It takes frizz without weighing hair down, adds shine and an addicting silky feeling...and it smells deeeelicious! Effectiveness It does just what it says it will. And if you're looking for a nighttime compliment to this, try the Marvelous Oil. These products have taken my hair from flyaway to smooth and so healthy-looking. As with all oil-based products, you do have to go slow, using only a small bit at a time so you don't overdo it, but the spray form makes sparing application easy. Scent All of these oils smell amazing. I don't know how to describe it, almost like a fruity coconut, but balanced out by a really deep, rich warmth. It's not headache-inducing fruity, but it's also not 100% vanilla, coconut, or musk. Kudos to the scent masters at Garnier, because this is a product that not only doesn't turn me off with its scent, it makes me WANT to use it, because it makes my hair smell incredible.

This is one of the best hair products I have ever bought. Many products out there charge way too much for what your really getting, there usually similar to drug store brands. This product works way better than any other "salon" products I have bought. It contains ingredients that actually work & have a noticeable difference on your hair. It has 3 amazing oils, olive, avocado, and jojoba. The minute you spray it on your hair, you can definitely see the shine it provides. (and I am really picky with hair products, so that's saying something, lol). And it does not cost that much at all, i think its worth the money, I actually wouldn't mind paying more for it when comparing it to those really expensive products that don't even work. All in all, I 100% recommend this product if your hair needs a boost of shine, or suffers from dryness. (dont spray too much to avoid oily looking hair)

I am always looking for a "de-frizz" product that I can use on dry hair. When I found Garnier Fructis Nutrient spray at a great affordable price I decided to give it a shot. I am very impressed as not only does it take away the frizz but it also gives my hair a nice shine. I can concentrate the spray on the areas that really need it. I have "frizzy" hairs on the top of my head that are so short they stand straight up. A little bit of this spray applied to the top helps those crazy hairs lay down. The great blend of oils in the spray also helps turn my "haystack" looking ends into soft, shiny hair.    I have gotten overzealous when using this nutrient spray and the result was greasy looking hair. A little bit goes a long way.

My daughter and I have thick wavy curly hair. Frizz is a part of our lives like it or not. One day my daughter came home from a friends and her hair was so soft and smooth and smelled really good. I couldn't stop touching it in disbelief. I had her show me exactly what she had used. It was this Garnier Fructis Nutrient spray triple action. You just shake it mix it all up and sray. I use it on wet or dry hair. The results are amazing. Your hair feels so soft and smooth with no greasy feel. It smells nice too. This is a small bottle but it last a while and it is worth buying because tyou get results. My only complaint is the small bottle.
