I have an abundance of grey hair now. Stark white in fact, and doesn't hold color like it used to. Plus I have oily skin, and of course scalp. I've had a real hard time finding a shampoo that will get my hair really clean without stripping the dye job. I've always liked the Fructis line. It has a nice light fragrance that isn't too floral, and gets your hair really clean. But the Fructis shampoos I used before were too harsh for colored hair. The Color Shield is perfect! I've used Garnier Fructis fortifying shampoo Color Shield for three weeks now and am very satisfied! Even though I just spent a week at an outdoor event where I was in the sun the larger part of every day, and some days took two showers, my color is still as true as the day I left. Plus, despite all the sun, and wind, humidity, and mayhem, my hair is still in great condition! Any shampoo that can wash out a ground in all day combo of sweat, lake water, and campfire smoke, and still leave your hair color in tact, gets my recommendation!!
