So I'm skeptical about using new at home hair coloring products. I've been burned (literally and figuratively) before. Also, my hair is rather long and requires two boxes of dye most time, so price is certainly an issue.

You're good but you don't last long enough for me. I need more!

Quick View: I highlight and color and mess with my hair a lot. I use lots of different hair colors and recently gave Garnier 100% Color Permanent Intense Gel Cream Color Medium Brown 501 a try. It was fine but didn't last longer than about three weeks before roots started to show through.
