Garmin - eTrex Legend HCx GPS —
Well...if I were to go back in time I would definitely not get this gps. When you get down to 30 or so feet it jumps around A LOT (even with WAAS)...it's made for left-handed people (why?), and the default maps are extremely basic. So, once you pay the $100 for this device, you have to add on the cost of better maps. Also, it has a serial connection, so you have to buy a rare serial-to-usb adapter (not found at local Walmart stores...online, yes...also at Best Buy)...but I definitely would not recommend this device.Last edited on Jul 15, 2009
