The StreetPilot Garmin 330 is just the best tool for the car.
It's simple to use, programmable, updateable and just a pleasure to touch (the screen that is). Bought mine a year ago and it has been a lifesaver. I take it with me on out of town treks, plug it into the cigarette lighter of the rental, and we're off. Driving like a local in a matter of seconds.
Even after a full year's ownership, I'm finding new features the GPS can do.
Just recently used a mapping feature that I had no idea about. Great navigation tool for the entire family!
Use Garmin Brand it's just that simple. Great investment...

- I am an independent contractor and make many stops each day that I am working. I put all of my addresses in before I leave for the day and start with the most distant job and work my way back home. At each stop, I see which is the next closest and I don't find myself zig zaging all over the city. I don't make the same stops all the time, they are always different so I can't become familiar with my route. I used to have to use Map Quest and the like to plan a route, and that took up a lot of time. Now I just enter the addresses and go. What a time saver.

I bought this 2 years ago. As a realtor, working with buyers< I am in my auto alot.
Getting from place to place, while conversing with clients (even when you know where you are going) is taxing.
My GPS saves so much time & anxiety-- while it may not always choose the same route I would have, it gets me there-- and I always have an idea how long it will take. My husband and I utilize it for finding restaurants, antique & book shops or tourist attractions when we are travelling. Having the phone number of a restaurant, or shop makes it easy to call ahead & check business hours. WE LOVE...

The Garmin C330 is a very reliable GPS system. It will take you turn by turn in an easy to follow map and voice command system. Programming a desitanation is also easy and quick. It gives many good points of interest that covers all your needs.
One thing I am noticing after about 2 years of having it that the maps are getting outdated and are expensive to update, when driving on a new unkown road the device tries to get me back to the closet known road. I have almost no sense of direction and I used to be scared of getting out on the road and driving to another city. I'm not anymore because I have a Garmin c330. With this device I can now go anywhere and not worry about getting lost. I know that no matter where I am I will find my way back home! This was my smartest investment this year and it paid for itself a million times already. :o)
My Garmin does get confused sometimes: tells me to make a U-turn on the highway, or asks me to turn left where a left turn is prohibited (thank God there are always nice drivers behind me that honk their horns...

My Garmin was pretty easy to use. It would adapt to route changes easily enough,
Was very convenient to take with me. And the price I paid was a very good price.
Some of the things I did not like about the Garmin is:
1. Would not find all the addresses that I need to use even if they were well known
2. The window mount would not stay on the window and they did not provide another one
3. They did not include an instruction booklet or a home charger for it.,
