I purchased the Garmin Nuvi 360 when it first hit the market and cost was almost $1000. Since I travel daily to unknown areas I needed a GPS that was easy to use and included everything I needed. It gets me to where I need to go about 98% of the time. There are some rural areas that do not appear on the GPS but I think that applies to other brands also. Also I have to say this is my 3rd Garmin Nuvi 360. My first one started to freeze right after the warranty period was up and I contacted Garmin. To my surprise I was send a replacement even though the warranty had expired. Now that's GREAT customer service. Then my GPS was stolen out of my car and I immediately replaced it with the same since I have been very happy wiTH the GPS and Garmin. Since I bought my first one the price has come down considerably which makes it a great buy. My only disappointment is that you have to purchase the map updates. I know there are others that include that for free.
