I really love the Garmin Nuvi 200W...usually. I love the wide screen, and the turn by turn instructions. I like that you can hit the alternate route option if you run into a road clossed or a lot of traffic. I like that you can search by specific topic, like hotels, or parks.
I don't like that if I travel with it from one state to another via plane it has a hard time finding the satellite and assumes you're still in the last place you were before you turned it off. And I don't like that it comes so full with languages and such that you don't need which take up so much space on the GPS that downloading an update is next to impossible without purchasing extra memory. But I think that this may apply to all GPS brands.
For the most part it does the job and does it really well, (better than the Tom Top that I borrowed before getting my own Garmin) but if you're in a rural undeveloped area you may wish you had a good old fashioned map instead.
I liked it so much that I bought my son one for his trek across the United States when his job required him to move his family from Wasthington State to Virginia.
