For the lonely runner
I have been having a Garmin 410 for more than 1 year an more than 1500 miles. This is a great product for every single runner, but specially for lonely runners that usually run many miles and are very severe with their schedule. I have been used many of its options, specially interval trainings, where you can upload your own training. One of my favorites is 4k, then 4min rest, 3k, then 3min rest, 2k, 2 min rest and 1k (good for half marathons). So, the watch warning me all the time what's next. It has many other options like virtual partner, way to home, etc. And you can storage all your data by wireless to your computer where you will be able to see a map with you run. Without it I could run as much as now. The only problem is the band wrist, this last just one year, but you can replace it. Processing Speed Take the satellites very fast. Buttons are much sensible and easy to use than garmin 405 Map Quality & Accuracy less than 2% of error Ease of Use It has many many options, but if you want just to know the distance and pace I would recommend you garmin 110
