I received the Garmin Forerunner 110 as a birthday gift the week after it was released last June. It was love at first sight. Stylish, and reasonably sized, the Forerunner 110 comes in a cute gray/pink design and is much smaller than the majority of Forerunner 110 products. With only 4 buttons, it is also quite simple to use, and the screen can even be illuminated during late night/early morning runs. The greatest perk of all of the Forerunner products is access to Garmin Connect, an easy to navigate website where each run or workout is uploaded and saved. This eliminates the need to keep a written training diary and the strenuous task of clicking out your course at websites such as MapMyRun. A map is saved of the aerial view of your run, along with your average pace, heart rate, and fastest speed at various parts of your run. Most importantly, the device comes with a USB and a USB to wall charger, making it easy to charge both at home and at the office. As one of the newest products in the Garmin line, it is friendly to the new Garmin user as a simplistic, yet sophisticated GPS running device.
