Garden Place 2-pack 100% rubber all-weather stair treads Reviews

For some time now I have thought of buying rubber stair treads for my outside steps because I have an elderly neighbor that visits often and want to be sure she is safe from falling. Recently, when I was in Target, I saw these Garden Place stair treads on sale.  The price was right so I purchased them and took them home.

I was disappointed in the quality of this product from the moment I took them out of their packaging.  The treads came with some kind of double stick tape that is supposed to help stick the treads to the step.  The tape is so narrow however that the protective paper on them...
